Radio Operator

Overview

The 44th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade's soldiers have been carrying out combat missions since June 2023 in the hottest sectors of the Kharkiv direction. The brigade was the first among units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to receive the newest equipment and European weaponry.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring continuous communication between command and units using radio and telephone equipment
• setting up and maintaining radio equipment and telephone lines
• transmitting, receiving, and decoding messages, maintaining operational radio exchange
• ensuring the confidentiality and security of radio communications, complying with radio discipline rules
• maintaining accounting of radio station operation and monitoring battery and other equipment consumption
• participating in the repair and maintenance of communication equipment

Requirements:

• age from 18
• secondary, vocational secondary, or higher education
• readiness for continuous learning and development
• responsibility and discipline
• no criminal record
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• service in Kyiv and Kharkiv Oblasts
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on tasks and place of service
