UAS Squad Leader

Overview

The 43rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in 2023. The unit's servicemen are currently holding the Kupiansk sector. The vacancy involves service in the Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 43rd Separate Mechanized Brigade.

Responsibilities:

• commanding a UAV squad as part of a strike UAV company
• organizing the work, training, and combat capability of the strike unmanned aircraft systems platoon
• the unit carrying out combat missions using unmanned aircraft systems
• carrying out combat training measures, maintaining the proper morale and psychological state of the unit's personnel
• keeping the unit's weapons, ammunition, equipment, and property combat-ready
• ensuring and maintaining internal order and discipline in the unit
• participating in training, training exercises, and other activities aimed at improving servicemen's qualifications

Requirements:

• ability to command a unit
• good physical fitness and moral resilience, stress resistance
• responsibility and discipline
• fitness for service by state of health
• no criminal record
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on task performance and combat orders
