Sniper

Overview

The 44th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade's soldiers have been carrying out combat missions since June 2023 in the hottest sectors of the Kharkiv direction. The brigade was the first among units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to receive the newest equipment and European weaponry.

Responsibilities:

• detecting and engaging important enemy targets at long range
• camouflaging and choosing advantageous positions for sniper fire, as well as tactical preparation of the terrain
• conducting reconnaissance and monitoring enemy movement, and transmitting the gathered information to command
• adjusting fire taking into account weather conditions, distance to the target, and other factors, including wind and terrain slope
• maintaining weapons in proper technical condition: cleaning, adjusting, and checking ammunition
• participating in planning combat operations and providing cover for units during mission execution, as well as interacting with the team to coordinate actions

Requirements:

• age from 18
• secondary, vocational secondary, or higher education
• accurate shooting skills will be an advantage
• willingness to constantly learn and develop
• responsibility and discipline
• no criminal record
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• service in Kyiv and Kharkiv Oblasts
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on tasks and place of service
