Sergeant Major, Tank Company
Overview
The 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh is a military unit of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- monitoring the performance of duty and servicemen's readiness to carry out their duties
- ensuring the preservation and proper use of the company's weapons and military equipment
- training, educating, and maintaining military discipline among enlisted, sergeant, and warrant officer personnel
- providing the company commander with information and proposals on personnel's military service
- participating in planning, organizing, and conducting combat and professional training activities for personnel
- coordinating the activities of the company's sergeants and monitoring discipline compliance among personnel
Requirements:
- vocational secondary education
- age from 21
- military rank - starting from sergeant
- readiness for military service, including in the zone of active combat operations
- high level of military discipline and responsibility
- ability to quickly make decisions in stressful situations
- computer equipment skills
- skills in accounting for the company's material and technical resources
- good physical fitness
- military service experience will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on place of service
- social benefits under current legislation: annual leave — 30 calendar days, leave for family circumstances — up to 10 calendar days per year, medical care
