Automotive Equipment Mechanic

Overview

The 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh is a military unit of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• performing repair work on motor vehicles, namely repairing engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and other components
• performing maintenance and periodic technical inspections of vehicles
• diagnosing faults and determining the causes of breakdowns
• performing repair work in accordance with manufacturers' requirements and internal standards
• ensuring the safe and efficient movement of military transport within the unit's tasks
• carrying out command's tasks, including duty shifts and business trips

Requirements:

• age from 18
• knowledge of automotive equipment basics, ability to repair and maintain automotive equipment
• skills in diagnosing and fixing malfunctions
• responsibility and attentiveness to detail
• desire to work within a military unit and be part of the team
• willingness to learn and improve one's skills
• both candidates with relevant experience and beginners are considered, provided they are willing to learn and develop in the military field

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on place of service
• social benefits in accordance with current legislation: annual leave — 30 calendar days, leave for family circumstances — up to 10 calendar days per year, medical care

• provision of all necessary supplies and equipment, full meals
