Platoon Commander

Overview

The "Edelweiss" motorized infantry battalion is part of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss". Join a well-coordinated team of brothers-in-arms and defend what's yours!

Responsibilities:

• commanding a platoon
• coordinating with the company and battalion commanders
• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit
• working with personnel
• maintaining the combat readiness of personnel through regular training and skills development
• monitoring personnel readiness to carry out tasks
• compliance with military discipline
• understanding the tactical aspects of operations and developing strategies to achieve assigned tasks
• continuous maintenance of combat readiness of the platoon's personnel and military equipment

Requirements:

• officer's rank
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• having combat experience will be an advantage
• ability to lead people and make decisions in stressful situations
• developed leadership and communication qualities

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• service in the active combat zone
• social guarantees and compensation in accordance with current legislation
• provision of all necessary supplies and equipment
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• training before taking up the position
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
