Squad Leader

Overview

The "Edelweiss" motorized infantry battalion is part of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss". Join a well-coordinated team of brothers-in-arms and defend what's yours!

Responsibilities:

• commanding a squad and ensuring its effective performance
• maintaining communication with senior commanders and reporting on the state of affairs in one's squad
• monitoring the presence and activities of subordinate servicemen
• conducting strategic and tactical operational planning
• monitoring compliance with military norms and standards
• ensuring safety and discipline in the section

Requirements:

• having combat experience will be an advantage
• NCO rank
• fitness for military service
• high level of military discipline and responsibility
• experience serving as a squad leader/platoon commander or well-developed leadership qualities

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• a full social package
• Combat Veteran status
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
