Mechanized Platoon Commander
Overview
The 60th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces was formed after the start of the russian-Ukrainian war in 2014. After the russian invasion in 2022, it fought in the Kherson sector and near Bakhmut. The unit continues to destroy the enemy in various sectors of the front. The vacancy involves service in the 96th Mechanized Battalion of the 60th Separate Mechanized Brigade.
Responsibilities:
- ensuring the combat readiness of the platoon, preparing personnel, weapons, and equipment for action
- responsibility for the successful completion of combat missions within the established timeframe
- supporting military discipline and the upbringing of personnel
- supporting the moral and psychological state of servicemen
- ensuring effective leadership and coordination of the platoon in combat conditions
Requirements:
- officer's rank
- experience serving in command positions will be an advantage
- responsibility, leadership qualities, ability to make decisions under stressful conditions
- fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
- readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 50,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- training in Ukraine and abroad
- provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and full meals
