Overview

The 415th Separate Rifle Battalion is part of the 23rd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit fought its first battle in 2023 in Donetsk region, where, as part of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, it took part in the counteroffensive for the settlement of Andriivka in Donetsk region. Since late 2023 and to this day, the 415th Separate Rifle Battalion has taken part in defending the settlements of Strilecha, Hlyboke, and Lyptsi in Kharkiv region. The unit continues to destroy the enemy and defend our beloved Ukraine with courage and valor!

Responsibilities:

• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit
• keeping weapons and equipment in constant combat readiness
• continuous improvement of one's professional skills
• defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine

Requirements:

• good physical shape, endurance, stress resistance
• knowledge of the tactical and technical specifications and capabilities of assigned equipment and weapons
• fitness for military service
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• career growth from private to sergeant and officer rank
• possibility of transferring current servicemen within the Ground Forces with the direct commander's consent
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
