Overview

The 118th Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade takes an active part in combat operations in southern Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• preparing for cargo movement and performing related work
• ensuring the safe loading and securing of cargo
• performing repair work related to equipment maintenance and adjustment
• compliance with safety rules when working with heavy objects

Requirements:

• age from 18
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• knowledge of vehicle equipment devices and the ability to operate them
• proficiency in professional signaling and hand signals
• physical endurance and ability to perform demanding physical work

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the performance of combat tasks
• provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and full meals
• guidance during the Military Medical Commission stage at the Regional TCC, ensuring enlistment in the relevant unit
• social protection and guaranteed insurance
• leave in accordance with current legislation
• training both in Ukraine and abroad
