Assistant Grenadier

Overview

The 118th Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade takes an active part in combat operations in southern Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring the preparation and maintenance of grenade launcher systems
• delivering ammunition and materials to grenadiers
• carrying out the grenadier's instructions and directions during combat
• assisting in choosing optimal tactical decisions during combat operations
• knowledge of and compliance with combat tactics and camouflage skills

Requirements:

• age from 18
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• good physical shape, endurance
• experience working with a grenade launcher will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the performance of combat tasks
• provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and full meals
• guidance during the Military Medical Commission stage at the Regional TCC, ensuring enlistment in the relevant unit
• social protection and guaranteed insurance
• leave in accordance with current legislation
• training both in Ukraine and abroad
