Combat Stress Control Group Officer
Overview
The 60th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces was formed after the start of the russian-Ukrainian war in 2014. After the russian invasion in 2022, it fought in the Kherson sector and near Bakhmut. The unit continues to destroy the enemy in various sectors of the front.
Responsibilities:
- monitoring mental states, studying servicemen's individual psychological characteristics
- providing psychological aid to personnel and service members' families upon request
- prevention of combat-related psychological trauma among servicemen
- conducting classes on psychological education and psychological preparation of personnel
- psychological support during the performance of assigned missions and during recovery
- providing primary psychological aid in crisis states
Requirements:
- possession of an officer's rank (other options considered given relevant education and competencies)
- higher education in the relevant field
- education in military or crisis psychology will be an advantage
- skills in providing psychological support in extreme situations
- advanced knowledge of psychology and the physiology of stress
- proficiency in the state language
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- monetary allowance from 30,000 to 130,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
