Overview

The 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade "Kholodnyi Yar" ("Cold Ravine") is part of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was one of the first to stand in defense of Ukrainian land in 2014, and its servicemen were the first to break through the russian front during the Kharkiv counteroffensive. The unit is known as the brigade of cyborgs, record-holders in russian "lend-lease" equipment captures, and the most skilled drone pilots — and you can become part of this legend.

Responsibilities:

• coordinating and monitoring document flow within the military unit, including registration, processing, and storage
• ensuring documentation is maintained in accordance with internal procedures and standards, organizing meetings and preparing necessary materials
• analyzing documentation to identify potential problems or discrepancies, preparing reports and analytical materials for management

Requirements:

• excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for effective work with documents, spreadsheets, and reports
• ability to organize work processes, systematize and administer documents
• higher education in administration, management, or related fields will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance of 21,000 hryvnias
• service in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
