Personnel Group Specialist

Overview

The 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This vacancy is for service in the personnel section of the brigade headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• maintaining document flow
• ensuring compliance with the established procedure for working with documents
• processing and keeping records of internal documents
• maintaining and keeping record books and journals
• coordinating with units

Requirements:

• stress resilience
• sociability
• knowledge of Excel, Word
• experience working with databases
• higher education in a technical field will be an advantage
• programming experience will be an advantage
• experience in HR/personnel work will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• service in the personnel section of the military unit's staff at the permanent duty station
• irregular work schedule
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 25,000 hryvnias
• guaranteed annual main leave + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
• social protection and guaranteed life insurance
• meals at state expense
• guidance during the Regional TCC and Military Medical Commission stage, ensuring enlistment specifically in the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade
