Cybersecurity Specialist

Overview

The 158th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a newly established formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit was founded in March 2024 and is actively being formed. The brigade was created to defend the northern borders of our country and is based in Chernihiv region. Experienced officers with combat experience serve in the 158th Brigade. The brigade needs candidates who are willing to train diligently and serve their country.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring information protection and monitoring its implementation
• developing and implementing a comprehensive information protection system
• creating conditions to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information in accordance with current legislation
• developing and monitoring compliance with internal information security regulatory documents
• setting up an information security service in the automated system
• conducting security checks and testing of information systems
• developing information protection plans, monitoring their implementation
• preventing leaks of restricted-access information
• ensuring the development of preventive measures to prevent cyber threats
• setting up and maintaining the integrity of information security tools
• participating in developing concepts, strategies, and projects for information security development

Requirements:

• experience in information security in automated systems
• understanding of network operating principles at various levels of the OSI model
• skills in configuring, security control, and access restriction in Windows
• experience configuring network equipment (Cisco, MikroTik, Grandstream, etc.)
• English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 21,000 hryvnias depending on the region where tasks are performed
