EOD Technician, UAS Platoon

Overview

The 1st Assault Battalion of the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Kish Otaman Ivan Sirko has been effectively destroying the occupiers since 2014. The unit took part in heavy fighting for Ilovaisk, Shchastia, and Krasnohorivka. In 2022, the battalion's service members defended Kharkiv and earned legendary status in the Kharkiv counteroffensive. The unit continues to live up to that reputation today in battles in northern Sloboda Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• working as part of a UAV crew
• designing and assembling explosives
• reworking standard-issue ammunition for drones
• working with detonation initiation systems

Requirements:

• knowledge of various explosive devices
• a desire to develop and show initiative
• desire to be part of a cohesive team
• completion of courses or experience working as a sapper, engineer, or with UAVs is an advantage
