BM-21 "Grad" Driver
Overview
The 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since the start of the russian aggression in 2014, units of the brigade have been engaged in the war in the east on many fronts. During the russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, the brigade took part in the defense of Popasna.
Responsibilities:
- operating the BM-21 "Grad" combat vehicle
- transporting ammunition and cargo
- ensuring the maintenance and serviceable condition of equipment
- diagnosing faults detected during operation
- carrying out seasonal maintenance work (replacing filters, oils, refueling the vehicle)
Requirements:
- driving work experience
- possession of a category B, C driver's license
- ability to operate a vehicle safely and confidently
- ability to work in a team and complete assigned tasks on time
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- service in the combat area on the eastern axis, but not on the line of contact
- free accommodation and meals are provided
- monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias
- guaranteed annual leave (15+15) + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
- free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained in combat
- service includes obtaining Combat Veteran status
