Anti-Tank Platoon Commander
Overview
The 419th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a motivated, battle-hardened unit that adheres to the principles of innovation and care for its fighters. The battalion's command pays special attention to preserving the life and health of its personnel, provides training, supplies everything needed to carry out combat missions, and creates all the conditions for successful service. The brigade's main motto — "With Valor and Arms" — inspires the battalion's fighters toward new victories in defending our state.
Responsibilities:
- conducting fire and tactical-special training classes
- keeping personnel and equipment in constant combat readiness
- ensuring effective planning and execution of combat missions
- monitoring the development of the situation and making quick decisions
- cooperating with other commanders and units
- analyzing completed combat missions and studying mistakes to avoid them in the future
- monitoring the condition of the unit's weapons, equipment, ammunition, and property
Requirements:
- higher education, preferably in the military field or a technical field
- age from 25
- officer's rank
- leadership qualities
- knowledge and experience using anti-tank weapons and equipment
- ability to lead and make decisions under stress
- readiness to perform combat missions in the zone of active combat operations
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3-5 years
- monetary allowance from 20,000 hryvnias depending on military rank, length of service, and position held + additional monetary allowance of 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias for the duration of combat tasks
- prospects for career growth and leadership development
- timely combat payments, processing of Combat Veteran status, and help resolving other issues
- annual paid leave of 30 days
