Head of Medical Service/Medical Station
Overview
The 419th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a motivated, battle-hardened unit that adheres to the principles of innovation and care for its fighters. The battalion's command pays special attention to preserving the life and health of its personnel, provides training, supplies everything needed to carry out combat missions, and creates all the conditions for successful service. The brigade's main motto — "With Valor and Arms" — inspires the battalion's fighters toward new victories in defending our state.
Responsibilities:
- organizing the operation of the medical post, stabilization center, and battalion evacuation points
- knowledge of the tactics of medical instructors, medic riflemen, ambulance drivers, and conducting tactical medicine training for personnel
- checking the medical personnel's combat readiness
- supporting personnel motivation and a high moral and psychological state
- organizing the recording, storage, and proper use of medical property and equipment
- determining needs and supplying the medical post with medicines and medical equipment
Requirements:
- medical education
- officer's rank
- fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
- readiness to carry out assigned tasks
- proficiency in methods of providing emergency medical care and stabilizing a patient's condition
- experience commanding personnel will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3-5 years
- monetary allowance from 20,000 hryvnias depending on military rank, length of service, and position held + additional monetary allowance of 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias for the duration of combat tasks
