Assistant Battalion Commander for Legal Affairs
Overview
The 419th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a motivated, battle-hardened unit that adheres to the principles of innovation and care for its fighters. The battalion's command pays special attention to preserving the life and health of its personnel, provides training, supplies everything needed to carry out combat missions, and creates all the conditions for successful service. The brigade's main motto — "With Valor and Arms" — inspires the battalion's fighters toward new victories in defending our state.
Responsibilities:
- conducting legal analysis of documentation related to the battalion's activities
- providing consultations on legal matters and legislation to battalion personnel
- participating in developing and implementing internal legal policies and procedures
- coordinating with legal institutions and government authorities on legal regulation of the battalion's activities
- preparing and analyzing legal documents, reports, and statements on legal matters concerning the battalion
Requirements:
- higher education in law
- 1+ years of experience in law
- in-depth knowledge of legislation and legal practice
- ability to work under high pressure and limited time
- responsibility, organization, and sociability
- officer's rank
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3-5 years
- monetary allowance from 20,000 hryvnias depending on military rank, length of service, and position held + additional monetary allowance of 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias for the duration of combat tasks
