Overview

The 419th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a motivated, battle-hardened unit that adheres to the principles of innovation and care for its fighters. The battalion's command pays special attention to preserving the life and health of its personnel, provides training, supplies everything needed to carry out combat missions, and creates all the conditions for successful service. The brigade's main motto — "With Valor and Arms" — inspires the battalion's fighters toward new victories in defending our state.

Responsibilities:

• conducting fire and tactical-special training classes
• conducting reconnaissance and ensuring aimed fire
• effective planning and execution of combat missions
• monitoring the development of the situation and making prompt decisions
• analyzing completed combat missions and studying mistakes to prevent them in the future
• observing the battlefield, detecting and destroying targets on command or independently
• using the protective and camouflage properties of the terrain to occupy advantageous firing positions
• keeping weapons in serviceable condition
• continuous improvement of professional skills

Requirements:

• age from 25
• strong leadership qualities
• experience serving in combat units
• ability to lead and make decisions under stress
• excellent shooting and reconnaissance skills
• at least 1 year of experience serving in a similar position will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3-5 years
• monetary allowance from 20,000 hryvnias depending on military rank, length of service, and position held + additional monetary allowance of 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias for the duration of combat tasks
