Overview

The 419th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a motivated, battle-hardened unit that adheres to the principles of innovation and care for its fighters. The battalion's command pays special attention to preserving the life and health of its personnel, provides training, supplies everything needed to carry out combat missions, and creates all the conditions for successful service. The brigade's main motto — "With Valor and Arms" — inspires the battalion's fighters toward new victories in defending our state.

Responsibilities:

• bringing ammunition and loading the mortar
• delivering precise, effective fire, knowing the mortar, and keeping it in good, combat-ready condition
• observing the battlefield, reporting detected targets to the commander, and destroying targets with fire independently or as part of the team
• studying the enemy's organization, armament, equipment, and tactics, including the capabilities of tanks, armored vehicles, and anti-tank weapons
• setting up fortifications and camouflage
• assisting fellow servicemen and being ready to take command when necessary
• readiness to provide medical aid to comrades

Requirements:

• strong moral qualities
• age from 25
• good physical shape and readiness for intense work
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• motivation to defend Ukraine and support fellow soldiers
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3-5 years
• monetary allowance from 20,000 hryvnias depending on military rank, length of service, and position held + additional monetary allowance of 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias for the duration of combat tasks
