Overview

The 419th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a motivated, battle-hardened unit that adheres to the principles of innovation and care for its fighters. The battalion's command pays special attention to preserving the life and health of its personnel, provides training, supplies everything needed to carry out combat missions, and creates all the conditions for successful service. The brigade's main motto — "With Valor and Arms" — inspires the battalion's fighters toward new victories in defending our state.

Responsibilities:

• keeping the machine gun in serviceable condition and delivering accurate fire
• carrying out the commander's commands or independently destroying identified targets
• knowledge of the platoon's combat missions, one's own squad, and one's own duties
• observing the enemy and informing the commander of their actions
• effective actions in defense and offense, destroying the enemy by all available means
• detecting the enemy, assessing the situation, and making optimal decisions for firing

Requirements:

• strong moral qualities
• age from 25
• good physical shape and readiness for intense work
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• motivation to defend Ukraine and support fellow soldiers
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3-5 years
• monetary allowance from 20,000 hryvnias depending on military rank, length of service, and position held + additional monetary allowance of 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias for the duration of combat tasks
