The 419th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a motivated, battle-hardened unit that adheres to the principles of innovation and care for its fighters. Responsibilities:

• The 419th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a motivated, combat-hardened unit that upholds the principles of innovation and care for its soldiers. The battalion's command pays special attention to preserving the life and health of personnel, provides training, supplies everything necessary for combat missions, and creates every condition for successful service. The brigade's main motto — "With Valor and Arms" — inspires the battalion's soldiers to new victories in defending our state.

Requirements:

• strong moral qualities
• high level of responsibility and discipline
• age from 25
• attentiveness, observation, and accuracy
• willingness to constantly study and apply new technical equipment

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3-5 years
• monetary allowance from 20,000 hryvnias depending on military rank, length of service, and position held + additional monetary allowance of 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias for the duration of combat tasks

• annual paid leave of 30 days
