Overview

The 419th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a motivated, battle-hardened unit that adheres to the principles of innovation and care for its fighters. The battalion's command pays special attention to preserving the life and health of its personnel, provides training, supplies everything needed to carry out combat missions, and creates all the conditions for successful service. The brigade's main motto — "With Valor and Arms" — inspires the battalion's fighters toward new victories in defending our state.

Responsibilities:

• carefully observing the battlefield, detecting and destroying targets on command or independently
• skillfully using the terrain's protective and camouflage properties to occupy an advantageous firing position
• keeping one's own weapon in serviceable condition
• continuous improvement of one's professional skills

Requirements:

• strong moral qualities
• age from 25
• attentiveness, endurance, stress resilience
• knowledge of one's own weapon and the ability to fire it accurately

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3-5 years
• monetary allowance from 20,000 hryvnias depending on military rank, length of service, and position held + additional monetary allowance of 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias for the duration of combat tasks
