UAV Operator

Overview

The "Sviatovyt" UAV platoon of the 411th Separate Rifle Battalion of the 21st Separate Mechanized Brigade specializes in aerial reconnaissance and detecting and destroying enemy targets along the front line. In 2023-2024, the unit actively took part in many tactical operations of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, demonstrating high effectiveness and professionalism. The UAV platoon offers its soldiers regular rotations, interesting tasks, continuous training, and reasonable deployment schedules, since people are the unit's main asset.

Responsibilities:

• operating unmanned aerial vehicles
• carrying out tasks of reconnaissance, fire adjustment, and monitoring
• maintaining and configuring UAVs
• analyzing and transmitting collected information
• providing escort for groups from other units while carrying out their tasks
• continuous professional training and development

Requirements:

• readiness for active participation in combat operations
• strong motivation and drive to succeed in accomplishing tasks
• ability to work with mobile applications and electronic devices
• ability and desire to learn new things
• developed mental abilities, willingness to work with both head and hands
• UAV operation skills will be a substantial advantage
• technical education will be an advantage
• ability to work in stressful conditions

• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 170,000 hryvnias depending on tasks
