Sapper
Overview
The 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Anna of Kyiv is a modern unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed to defend the territorial integrity of our state. The brigade is distinguished by a high level of professionalism, fighting spirit, and dedication to its mission, combining the traditions of the Ukrainian military with the latest methods of warfare.
Responsibilities:
- detecting, identifying, and neutralizing explosive devices, mines, and other hazardous objects
- preparing and installing engineering obstacles and traps to protect positions and slow enemy movement
- clearing territories of explosive threats, guaranteeing safe passage for troops and equipment
- working with explosives, tools, and demining equipment
- conducting engineering reconnaissance of the terrain to identify potential threats
- maintaining accounting and compiling reports on completed tasks and neutralized objects
Requirements:
- vocational secondary or higher education in engineering, preferably with a focus on explosives
- a high level of concentration, composure, and the ability to act in stressful situations
- excellent skills in working with engineering equipment and tools
- physical endurance, readiness to work in various conditions, often in open and hazardous areas
- developed analytical skills, ability to make decisions in difficult circumstances
Conditions:
- direct mobilization into the military unit until the end of martial law or contract service
- service as part of an engineering unit with all necessary gear and equipment provided
- the opportunity to participate in specialized training and combat operations to gain practical experience
- monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation, depending on the assigned task and place of service
- guaranteed placement in the chosen position
