Overview

The 37th Separate Motorized Infantry Battalion is part of the 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Mariupol Brigade. The unit was formed during the Anti-Terrorist Operation to repel russian armed aggression and took part in defensive operations in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. Since February 2023 and to this day, the battalion has continued to carry out combat missions in Donetsk region.

Responsibilities:

• carrying out commanders' orders, including the crew commander's
• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit
• aiming weapons at the target

Requirements:

• age from 25
• readiness to perform relevant tasks in the combat zone
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• secondary, vocational secondary, or higher education
• willingness to constantly learn and develop

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
• the prospect of career growth, development of leadership skills
• guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days
• monetary allowance and additional monetary reward depending on task performance, in accordance with current legislation
• free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained in combat
