Machine Gunner

Overview

The 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Anna of Kyiv is a modern unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed to defend the territorial integrity of our state. The brigade is distinguished by a high level of professionalism, fighting spirit, and dedication to its mission, combining the traditions of the Ukrainian military with the latest methods of warfare.

Responsibilities:

• preparing the machine gun for combat, loading, and weapon care
• delivering aimed and suppressive fire against the enemy
• providing cover for the unit during an offensive or defense
• selecting and occupying a firing position considering the tactical situation
• maintaining the machine gun and performing basic repairs as needed
• compliance with safety procedures when working with weapons and ammunition

Requirements:

• secondary education (military training or specialized courses will be an advantage)
• experience working with small arms, especially machine guns, preferred
• physical endurance and readiness for high physical exertion
• ability to work in a team, discipline, responsibility
• resilience to stress and ability to react quickly in combat conditions

Conditions:

• direct mobilization into the military unit until the end of martial law or contract service
• service as part of a combat unit with full provision
• training and drills in conditions close to real combat
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation, depending on the assigned task and place of service
• guaranteed placement in the chosen position
