Military Psychologist
Overview
The 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Anna of Kyiv is a modern unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed to defend the territorial integrity of our state. The brigade is distinguished by a high level of professionalism, fighting spirit, and dedication to its mission, combining the traditions of the Ukrainian military with the latest methods of warfare.
Responsibilities:
- counseling servicemen on stressful situations, traumatic experiences, fears, and anxieties
- conducting individual and group psychotherapy sessions to improve psychological state
- diagnosing psychological state using various methods and tests
- developing and conducting stress management and emotional resilience trainings
- providing emergency psychological aid in crisis situations
- assisting in the rehabilitation of veterans and helping them adapt after returning from the combat zone
- working with the families of servicemen to support the families' emotional health and improve family well-being
Requirements:
- possession of an officer's rank
- higher education in psychology (specialization in military or clinical psychology preferred)
- experience in psychological counseling or psychotherapy (experience in military structures will be an advantage)
- knowledge of diagnostic and psychocorrection methods
- communication skills to build trust and establish contact
- emotional resilience and ability to work in stressful situations
- basic understanding of military culture and the specifics of service
- readiness to work under heightened responsibility and maintain confidentiality
Conditions:
- direct mobilization into the military unit until the end of martial law or contract service
- skills advancement and the opportunity for specialized training
- monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation, depending on the assigned task and place of service
- military service in eastern Ukraine
- guaranteed placement in the chosen position
