Radio Reconnaissance Operator

Overview

The vacancy involves service in the reconnaissance company of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. The unit carries out sabotage, reconnaissance, and combat missions on the territory of Ukraine. The reconnaissance company operates in a variety of terrain, even where the enemy considers itself out of reach. Every reconnaissance soldier is a versatile specialist who operates various types of weapons and equipment. The unit systematically implements the latest technologies and tactics for carrying out missions.

Responsibilities:

• deploying and operating VHF-range radio monitoring equipment
• processing, storing, and accumulating received information
• supporting the uninterrupted operation of equipment

Requirements:

• technical, engineering, or higher education
• confident computer use
• motivation and result-orientation
• desire to learn and improve
• age from 18
• experience in the IT field or computer systems administration will be an advantage
• experience repairing electronics/radio equipment or working with network equipment will be an advantage
• ability to systematize and analyze information will be an advantage
• understanding of the field of ELINT/EW, or service experience in the ELINT/EW field, will be an advantage
