Combat Vehicle Commander
Overview
The 5th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade (formerly the 5th Separate Tank Brigade) is stationed in the Lviv region and is part of the "Zahid" ("West") Operational Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade took part in fighting in the Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions and is currently carrying out missions in the Pokrovsk sector.
Responsibilities:
- commanding the crew and being responsible for crew safety
- making decisions based on tactical circumstances and the situation on the battlefield
- directing the operation of the combat vehicle, including weapons, communication systems, and other technical components
- maintaining and repairing the combat vehicle
- training and instructing the crew
Requirements:
- Ukrainian citizenship
- age 18 to 50
- possession of a category C driver's license; other categories will be an advantage
- experience repairing and maintaining automotive equipment
- no contraindications for military service
- no alcohol or drug dependency and no outstanding criminal record
- experience serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 20,100 to 130,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
- Permanent duty station in Lviv Oblast
