Overview

The 37th Separate Motorized Infantry Battalion is part of the 56th Separate Motorized Infantry Mariupol Brigade. The unit was formed during the Anti-Terrorist Operation to repel russian armed aggression and took part in defensive operations in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. Since February 2023 and to this day, the battalion has continued to carry out combat missions in Donetsk region.

Responsibilities:

• preparing the mortar and ammunition for use, including transportation, deployment, camouflage, and packing up
• checking the mortar's readiness for use and the condition of the ammunition, loading the mortar and firing
• accurate aiming, promptly restoring aim after firing, and adjusting using the sight
• carrying out combat orders as part of the unit
• continuous improvement of one's professional skills

Requirements:

• age from 25
• physical and psychological endurance
• full fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• readiness to work in the combat zone
• ability to work in a team and complete assigned tasks
• military service experience is not mandatory

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance: base rate of 20,000 hryvnias + additional bonuses of up to 100,000 hryvnias for performing tasks in the combat zone + 70,000 hryvnias for every 30 days (cumulative) of combat task performance
• full materiel provision, provision of uniform and gear
• training in the chosen specialty at Armed Forces of Ukraine training centers
• guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days
• a full package of social payments
• free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained in combat
• social protection and guaranteed life insurance of 15 million hryvnias
• the opportunity to obtain Combat Veteran status
