Electronic Reconnaissance Operator

Overview

The 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Anna of Kyiv is a modern unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed to defend the territorial integrity of our state. The brigade is distinguished by a high level of professionalism, fighting spirit, and dedication to its mission, combining the traditions of the Ukrainian military with the latest methods of warfare. This vacancy is for service in the EW company, which combats enemy drones, communication equipment, and electronic systems, ensuring the advantage of our forces on the battlefield.

Responsibilities:

  • detecting and identifying enemy signals to obtain intelligence information
  • working with equipment for intercepting and analyzing electronic communications
  • evaluating signal characteristics, identifying their sources, and determining their significance for combat missions
  • maintaining accounting of received data and preparing reports for command
  • setting up and maintaining ELINT equipment, preparing it for missions
  • cooperating with other reconnaissance units to ensure comprehensive information analysis

Requirements:

  • Ukrainian citizenship
  • appropriate age for military service
  • no criminal record
  • high level of discipline and psychological resilience, concentration, logical and analytical thinking
  • ability to work in stressful conditions, responsibility, and ability to work in a team
  • vocational secondary or higher technical education (preferably in electronics, radio engineering, or communications)
  • experience working with radio-electronic systems or in the communications field preferred
  • knowledge of the operating principles of electronic reconnaissance equipment and signal interception

Conditions:

  • mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
  • monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the performance of combat tasks and orders
  • guaranteed enlistment specifically to the relevant unit
  • provision of personal protective equipment and military property
  • annual leave in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine
  • possibility of transfer between units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the direct commander's consent
  • possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
