Overview

The 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since 2014, the brigade has carried out combat missions in the Anti-Terrorist Operation and Joint Forces Operation zone, and since the start of the full-scale russian invasion it has defended Popasna and Lysychansk and taken part in liberating the southern regions of Ukraine. This vacancy is for the position of staff recruiter for the brigade. The unit is looking for responsible, independent specialists with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• searching for candidates of various profiles
• correspondence with candidates, conducting interviews and calls
• coordinating with internal customers
• full-cycle vacancy management from posting to onboarding the candidate into the position
• posting vacancies and providing informational support for the recruitment process
• supporting candidates during mobilization, contract signing, or transfer
• filling out reports

Requirements:

• ability to self-organize
• willingness to communicate extensively
• project management skills
• readiness for deployments
• stress resilience
• military service experience will be an advantage
• experience in recruiting or sales will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• the position involves deployment to the combat area
• monetary allowance in accordance with the standards of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
