Deputy Company Commander for Morale and Psychological Support
Overview
The Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 142nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a newly formed unit within the 142nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. The brigade took part in combat operations in the Donetsk region and continues to carry out combat missions and liberate Ukrainian territory from the enemy.
Responsibilities:
- monitoring servicemen's psychological state and identifying individuals in psychoemotional crisis states
- providing primary and professional psychological aid, including cases of combat stress or trauma
- conducting psychoeducational and training sessions
- psychological support for personnel and their families
- assisting unit commanders in resolving conflicts and disputes within the team
- conducting measures to restore the psychological readiness and resilience of servicemen
- evaluating changes in personnel's psychological readiness and developing recommendations to improve the psychological climate
- analyzing psychological state and reporting on completed work
Requirements:
- age from 18
- specialized education at bachelor's level or higher
- officer's rank - from junior lieutenant or above
- no criminal record
- fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
- motivation to serve the Ukrainian people and defend the sovereignty of the state
- good physical fitness will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3 years
