Driver-Mechanic
Overview
The 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa is a military formation of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit takes an active part in combat operations to repel and contain the russian federation's armed aggression in its designated sector. In order to preserve the brigade's combat potential, strengthen its air defense system, prevent any decline in defensive capabilities, and ensure maximum losses are inflicted on the enemy during defensive and offensive operations, the unit invites candidates to serve in the anti-aircraft missile and artillery battalion.
Responsibilities:
- compliance with the rules for operation, maintenance, and driving of the combat vehicle (system, station, armored personnel carrier, vehicle)
- keeping equipment in constant combat readiness, skillfully driving under any conditions, season, or time of day
- timely performance of maintenance and repair
- overcoming obstacles and natural barriers, performing maneuvers on the commander's orders
- refueling combat vehicles with fuel and coolants
- reporting to the commander on the availability of fuel and lubricants and detected faults
Requirements:
- military rank: private/sergeant
- secondary education, field of study does not matter
- possession of a category B, C driver's license
- military service experience will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen
- monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
