Overview

The 1st Mechanized Battalion is part of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit has a worthy history of defending the state on all fronts. The battalion wages a daily struggle for the independence of our state. Its service members have held the defense in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. This vacancy is for service in the logistics section of the materiel support platoon.

Responsibilities:

• maintaining the vehicle in field conditions and diagnosing possible vehicle malfunctions
• monitoring technical condition and timely repair
• transporting cargo in accordance with orders and instructions from management

Requirements:

• having driver's license categories B/C and at least 1 year of driving experience
• skills in driving vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
• readiness to perform tasks in the combat operations area
• ability to quickly resolve technical problems in field conditions
• compliance with the requirements of the statutes and military discipline
• military service experience as a driver or in related positions will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• full provision of necessary gear and equipment, full meals
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• leave in accordance with current legislation
