Head of Command Post
Overview
The Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 142nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a newly formed unit within the 142nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. The brigade took part in combat operations in the Donetsk region and continues to carry out combat missions and liberate Ukrainian territory from the enemy.
Responsibilities:
- reporting on the state of affairs to the battalion commander and the operational duty officer of the higher staff
- receiving combat control signals from higher headquarters and relaying them to the unit commander and subordinate units
- communicating the commander's orders to subordinate units
- processing the duty officer's documentation
- keeping the command post's communication equipment in constant combat readiness
- carrying out tasks in the field of operational service
- professional development, acquiring staff work culture, adhering to NATO standards of combat planning and organization
Requirements:
- reserve officer or higher education
- fitness for military service in combat units by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
- discipline, self-control, leadership qualities
- ability to work under conditions of increased physical and psychological strain
- productive work in a multitasking environment
- ability to quickly adapt to a situation and make well-founded decisions
- desire to learn and improve one's skills
- confident computer proficiency
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- basic and specialized training as needed
- the prospect of career growth, development of leadership skills
- monetary allowance from 25,000 hryvnias depending on length of service and place of service
