Deputy Company Commander for Morale and Psychological Support

Overview

The Separate Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi is a military unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit has defended Kyiv since the first days and steadfastly holds the defense in the most critical sectors in the east of the country. The vacancy involves service in the brigade's artillery battalion. The vacancy involves service in the brigade's reconnaissance company.

Responsibilities:

• planning and coordinating measures to improve servicemembers' morale
• conducting psychological testing of personnel, identifying and preventing stress conditions and psychological trauma
• psychological support for fighters in combat conditions and during rehabilitation
• working as part of the unit's team
• maintaining documentation in accordance with military service requirements

Requirements:

• age from 25
• higher education in psychology or related fields
• at least 2 years of experience in one's specialty
• additional certificates, categories, and qualifications will be an advantage
• ability to handle stressful situations, provide first psychological aid, and provide follow-up support
• ability to organize trainings and seminars
• strong communication skills, empathy, and emotional resilience
• military service experience will be an advantage
• fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
• readiness to work in the mission area
