Excavator Operator
Overview
The 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians is a military formation of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since 2014, the brigade has taken part in the war in eastern Ukraine as part of the ATO/JFO forces. At the start of the full-scale invasion, the brigade defended Kyiv. The soldiers of the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade took part in the battles for Irpin, Moshchun, Hostomel, and Bucha. Since the summer of 2022, the brigade has been defending Ukraine in the Donbas. The vacancy involves service in the brigade's engineering support group, which has been holding the defense in the Vuhledar sector for more than a year.
Responsibilities:
- operating and controlling the excavator
- compliance with safety standards and rules when working with equipment
- keeping equipment in constant combat readiness
Requirements:
- knowledge and experience operating an excavator, a tractor-operator license of the relevant category
- ability to work in a team and complete assigned tasks
- responsibility and discipline
- readiness to serve in a military unit
- stress resilience
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- training before taking up the position
- service in the active combat zone
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias based on task performance and combat orders on the front line
