UAS Master Technician

Overview

The 1st Assault Battalion of the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Kish Otaman Ivan Sirko has been effectively destroying the occupiers since 2014. The unit took part in heavy fighting for Ilovaisk, Shchastia, and Krasnohorivka. In 2022, the battalion's service members defended Kharkiv and earned legendary status in the Kharkiv counteroffensive. The unit continues to live up to that reputation today in battles in northern Sloboda Ukraine. This vacancy is for service in the UAV strike systems company.

Responsibilities:

• diagnosing devices using special equipment
• identifying malfunctions and eliminating them
• repair work, including soldering, desoldering, and mechanical fitting
• assembling, testing, and refining UAVs and additional equipment
• checking, testing, and commissioning new equipment
• diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of UAVs
• working with hardware and software
• developing and improving UAV solutions

Requirements:

• desire for self-improvement, flexible thinking, and seeking new approaches
• vocational secondary or higher education (technical education will be an advantage)
• knowledge of microelectronics and circuit design
• motivation, desire to learn and improve skills
• experience as an engineer in mechanical engineering or a related field will be an advantage
• experience and well-developed soldering skills with various types of soldering equipment and solders (including lead-free tube solder, a heat gun, and a soldering station) are the most significant advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
