Overview

The Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 142nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a newly formed unit within the 142nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. The brigade took part in combat operations in the Donetsk region and continues to carry out combat missions and liberate Ukrainian territory from the enemy.

Responsibilities:

• organizing personnel training: developing training plans, coordinating drills and practical exercises, conducting briefings and theoretical classes
• monitoring the implementation of training plans: compliance with training standards, evaluating training effectiveness, reporting on personnel performance
• developing educational and methodological materials, implementing modern teaching methods and tools, analyzing best practices and applying them
• maintaining the material and technical base: ensuring the availability of necessary training equipment and monitoring its serviceability
• coordinating training plans with command, preparing for joint exercises and military operations
• testing and control measures to determine the level of servicemen's training
• identifying training issues and developing measures to eliminate them
• responsibility for the effectiveness of the training process and the combat readiness of subordinates

Requirements:

• officer's rank
• experience in personnel training and development
• confident computer proficiency
• motivation to implement advanced training practices
• experience with implementing LMS platforms will be an advantage
• experience working with UAVs will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• monetary allowance from 26,000 to 126,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
