Deputy Company Commander for Morale and Psychological Support
Overview
The 151st Separate Reconnaissance-Strike Battalion is a unit of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed during the full-scale war. The battalion has already proven itself on the battlefield, effectively destroying the enemy and inflicting crushing losses on the adversary. Its young and ambitious officer corps, with invaluable combat experience, is introducing modern methods of warfare that help build the new Ukrainian army. The 151st Battalion is reconnaissance that is always one step ahead!
Responsibilities:
- analyzing and monitoring the moral and psychological state of subordinate personnel and conducting measures to improve it
- maintaining documentation in accordance with military service requirements
- planning and coordinating measures to improve servicemembers' morale
- psychological support for fighters in combat conditions and during rehabilitation
- ensuring the execution of tasks assigned by the company commander and the deputy battalion commander for personnel psychological support
Requirements:
- specialized higher education
- additional certificates, categories, and qualifications will be an advantage
- strong communication skills, empathy, and emotional resilience
- ability to handle stressful situations, provide first psychological aid, and continue follow-up support
- readiness to work in the zone of combat missions
- officer's rank
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
- possibility of transferring current servicemen
- provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and full meals
