SMM Manager

Overview

The 422nd Separate Rifle Battalion is part of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. The unit was formed in 2023 in the Ternopil region and took part in combat in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The battalion is looking for conscientious, motivated citizens who are ready to learn, grow, and work together to liberate Ukraine's territories from the Russian occupiers.

Responsibilities:

• maintaining and developing social media pages
• creating photo and video content
• implementing measures to promote the unit among internet users

Requirements:

• a high level of motivation and desire to develop
• experience in the position of SMM manager or content manager
• understanding of social media algorithms
• complete abstinence from alcoholic beverages and drugs during service
• readiness to work in the zone where combat orders are carried out
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• a portfolio will be an advantage
• knowledge of English will be an advantage
• knowledge of other foreign languages will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• service in the zone of combat orders execution
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment
• provision of full meals
• the prospect of career growth, development of leadership skills and foreign language knowledge
• guaranteed annual main leave + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 55,000 hryvnias depending on the zone of task performance and the execution of combat orders
