Driver-Electrician
Overview
The Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade was formed on the basis of two units: a separate strike unmanned aerial systems company and a UAV platoon that was part of the "Murchyky 57 RR" reconnaissance company. These units have extensive combat experience gained over the years of the full-scale russian-Ukrainian war.
Responsibilities:
- driving motor vehicles in any weather conditions and at any time of day
- safely and properly transporting the unit's personnel to the combat mission location
- ensuring the unit's logistics, transporting various types of cargo
- performing repair and maintenance of assigned motor vehicles and electric generators (diesel, gasoline)
- maintaining reporting documentation on the use of vehicles, generators, and fuels and lubricants
- ensuring uninterrupted power supply for the unit in field conditions
- carrying out combat and special missions as part of the unit
Requirements:
- possession of a driver's license in one or more categories (B and above)
- skills in accident-free driving of vehicles
- driving work experience will be an advantage
- experience working with electric generators will be an advantage
- basic understanding of the principles of organizing military communications will be an advantage
- self-discipline, willingness to learn and improve
- readiness to work in the combat zone
- strong motivation and drive to succeed in accomplishing assigned tasks
- no alcohol, drug, or gambling dependency
- no medical contraindications for driving vehicles
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- support during the TCC and Military Medical Commission stage
- completion of general military training at a separate training battalion before being assigned tasks
- possibility of transferring current servicemen from other military units and formations
- service in the combat operations zone
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on participation in combat tasks
