Overview
The 21st Separate Mechanized Brigade was established on February 28, 2023, within the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From its first months of existence, the brigade has been conducting recruitment, training, and combat coordination. A large number of the unit's soldiers have trained in various European countries. The brigade has extensive combat experience and powerful weapons, including those provided by Western partners. But the most important and valuable asset for the unit is its people. Experienced and motivated soldiers, sergeants, and officers are the brigade's golden fund, a solid foundation on which its strength rests, and thanks to which the unit achieves success.
Responsibilities:
- maintaining military records: accounting, registration, processing, and storage of documentation
- preparing and processing official documents (orders, directives, letters, reports, statements)
- organizing document flow, monitoring assignment completion
- working with electronic databases, maintaining the archive
Requirements:
- age from 20
- secondary or vocational secondary education
- readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
- confident proficiency in computers and MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
- knowledge of the basics of recordkeeping and document management
- fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- training in Ukraine and abroad
