Overview

The 157th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed in 2024. Responsibilities:

• controlling an unmanned aerial vehicle using specialized equipment
• collecting and analyzing data obtained from UAV flights/engaging the enemy using UAVs (depending on assigned tasks and specialty)
• coordinating with the team to achieve set goals
• keeping equipment serviceable and performing regular maintenance

Requirements:

• vocational secondary or higher education (technical preferred)
• desire to work with UAVs, learn, and ability to quickly master new equipment
• ability to work in a team, responsibility, and discipline
• physical endurance and readiness to carry out tasks
• UAV work experience preferred
• ability to drive a vehicle and driver's license categories B, C preferred

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• service as part of a combat unit with modern gear and equipment
• monetary assistance for signing the first contract
• completion of basic combined-arms training and specialized UAV operator training if needed
• regular drills and the opportunity for professional development
• a full package of social payments, wellness assistance, and other types of monetary assistance
