Overview
The 47th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces, established by motivated volunteers in the spring of 2022 to defend the Motherland from the aggressor's attack and to return occupied territories. The brigade's main value is the life of its personnel! The unit's advantages are its equipment (Abrams, Bradley, Paladin), modern Western supplies, and weapons. In the summer of 2022, the unit took part in combat during the defense of the Vuhledar thermal power plant. In 2023, the brigade played a key role in breaking through the enemy's defensive line and liberating the settlement of Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia sector. Since the autumn of 2023, the brigade has been actively fighting in the Avdiivka sector.
Responsibilities:
- ensuring the storage of documents received by the archive
- participating in creating a file nomenclature and checking that files are correctly compiled and prepared before transfer to the archive
- receiving and registering documents submitted for storage
- preparing summary inventories of files for permanent and temporary storage, as well as acts for transferring files to state archives and writing off and destroying materials whose storage periods have expired
- ensuring the security and integrity of archival documents through the use of modern storage and access control methods
Requirements:
- readiness to serve in the combat zone
- experience in clerical and archival work
- high proficiency in MS Word, Excel
- confident computer use
- motivation to bring victory closer by every means available
Conditions:
- mobilization or contract service until demobilization is announced
- transfer of current servicemen from other units
- full support for the candidate from the first call through enrollment in the specifically chosen unit
- provision of modern equipment, gear, and protective equipment
- monetary allowance of up to 120,000 hryvnias in accordance with tasks performed
- social guarantees and compensation in accordance with current legislation
