Chemical Defense Specialist
Overview
The 33rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This vacancy is for service in one of the separate rifle battalions that took part in fighting in Dnipropetrovsk region, Donetsk region, and the Zaporizhzhia sector. The unit pays special attention to preserving the life and health of its personnel, provides training, supplies everything needed to carry out combat missions, and creates all the conditions for successful service. It is looking for conscientious and motivated citizens who are ready to learn, grow, and together liberate the territories of Ukraine from the russian occupiers.
Responsibilities:
- carrying out tasks of radiation, chemical, and biological reconnaissance and protection
- neutralizing chemical threats, such as toxic substances, poisonous gases, and chemical explosive devices
- working with special devices and RCB protection equipment
Requirements:
- age from 18
- desire to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and destroy the enemy
- secondary education
- a high level of motivation
- fitness for service by state of health and moral-business qualities
- physical endurance and readiness for high physical exertion
- ability to work in a team, discipline, and responsibility
- resilience to stress and ability to react quickly in combat conditions
- responsibility, attention to detail
- education or work experience in the field of RCB (radiation, chemical, biological) protection will be an advantage
- knowledge of tactical medicine will be an advantage
- completion of a basic military training course will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
- service as part of a combat unit with full provision
- monetary assistance for signing the first contract
- completion of basic combined-arms training
- regular drills and the opportunity for professional development
- guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
